Lawyer of the Universidad Externado de Colombia with international taxation and domestic taxation postgraduate programs at same faculty. Master of Public Law at the same University. Researcher of the Centro Externadista de Estudios Fiscales, lecturer ant teacher of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

I am currently investigating the financing of the post-conflict in Colombia, specially analyzing the fiscal situation of the municipalities most affected by the armed conflict, with the purpose of help them to modernize and improve their tax and budget system. That includes the revisión, analysis and actualization of their Fiscal Code, and the legal analysis, revision and approach of their public policies.
